Medicare Compliance Training
We conduct dynamic, practical compliance training that addresses legal and regulatory requirements for health plans contracting with the federal government, including the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Act, and Medicare Advantage and Part D regulatory and sub-regulatory requirements.
We offer a multi-session Medicare Advantage and Part D training program tailored to helping health plans deepen the expertise of their in-house attorneys in these areas.
